    I tuned it off when it was clear the TV was zooming in on a man having a defibrillator applied to him.

    They change camera shots if a streaker runs onto the pitch, apologise if someone near a microphone swears but zoom in on a man receiving CPR. Cut to the studio.

    The question is do they really want to play. Does that goal Kasper let in really look like a top-class keeper who is fully focused. Again we see players who say they weren't mentally right to continue games when there is a serious injury let alone when a player needs CPR on the pitch in front of his teammates. Maybe I'm just being overly cynical of UEFA but nothing they have ever done suggests they care one bit for the concerns of players all they care about is making money while acting like the good guy. I will not be surprised if sometime in the future we see the players talking about it and for it to be revealed that there was pressure from UEFA through the risk of things like fines and bans to the countries FA if they didn't.

    That was horrendous to watch. Whoever decided to film him getting CPR and air it to the world should be sacked. Thankfully it looks like good news.

    The most shocking thing I’ve witnessed on tv in a long time, why they kept the camera rolling I’ve no idea.

    Just seen on Twitter that if you get a pitch invader or streaker the cameras don’t cover it but they broadcast to the world a player getting cpr,his wife in obvious distresswithout any qualms at all.
    Priorities eh.

    Correct decision. Eriksen is stable. Horrible scenes but if the players want it for the good of the tournament then get on with it.

    Im 101% certain Eriksen would give his blessing.

    Oh, come on if you think after that the players are in the right mental frame of mind you are kidding yourself. They will have been put in a situation where they have no choice and UEFA as always tries to make out they are the good guys of football, not the despicable pieces of shit they consistently show themselves to be. I remember comments from the Man Utd players when David Busst had that horror leg break where there was blood on the pitch from it about how they weren't mentally able to focus and you could see something similar when Shaw had that leg break that wasn't as bad as Busst

    As I said on Twitter I think the problem is they were in a bad situation no matter what. People kept watching because they wanted to know what was happening, if they cut away you leave people without that so they are in a sort of limbo. That then causes a situation that allows for social media rumours to run riot.

    It needed the host broadcaster (guessing its UEFA unless Danish TV is running it) to have picked the far away shot from the stands or local broadcasters need to be given access to the individual camera feeds live and in this kind of situation allow each of them to make a choice best for them and their viewers

    Even if it wasn't the BBC televising the game they could have pulled the plug, as hard as it was to try and keep a conversation going, I thought the woman on the panel was going to break down and cry at one time, very emotional for all who saw it.
