    Just to say, we’ve had a recommendation from someone with contacts who I won’t name that the flyover takes place at 3:05 and goes on for 20 minutes plus.

    But if Stefan has had enough of Edins ways it's easy enough to marginalise him. Sack him as CEO so his only income would be shareholder dividends and then as majority shareholder vote not to pay any.

    I'd be happy with 3.10, it leaves a little bit more margin for error than 3.05 when the minutes silence will be happening at 3. I won't be at the game but I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures, videos and press coverage.

    Don't talk nonsense. One shareholder even a majority one cannot stop another shareholder receiving their dividend. All shareholders (with the same class of share) have to be treated equally.

    And in any event, the club cannot legally pay any dividends to its shareholders since it doesn't have the financial capacity.

    He will still have a say in the club and that's bad enough.

    Also, I am not convinced by Rupps intentions for the club. He is worse than Edin in my eyes.

    Look up milking a business. Maybe, Rupp knows how to do it.

    As I've said on several occasions, the club has only accumulated losses and not accumulated profits. It cannot therefore pay any divis until that position has been rectified. And short of some financial miracle that will be several years hence.

    Yep, but some parasites get clubs going upwards over a number of years, not bottom of league two in a matter of months

    I don’t understand why people think rupp should get off so lightly ? He’s majority shareholder ,he could have put a end to this months ago but he’s choose to ignore it and carry on regardless . He’s a lair and much as fraud as edin . If something goes wrong at work because am In charge the bucks stops with me not the lads out there doing the job. It’s how the world works . He has to take his share of responsibility
