    That was one long school holiday when he buggered off towards the end of last season.

    Any reason in particular this one is also extended beyond the actual 'school holiday'?

    Why should anyone explain why they have had a holiday wether short or long if you ever questioned my hol I would tell u to go f**k your self just my opinion non of mine or your business how long some one goes on hol

    Interesting response that would be to any boss....no I'm sorry you can't have holiday those weeks as we're in crisis and at the bottom of our sales league...go f@@k yourself...intelligent response....

    As a parent I know I can't take kids on holiday during school time. As a boss of a company I would know that to take holidays in a crisis..and let's be clear this is a crisis..would be a no no too....Let's face it he's running from the flak again.....

    Like Mike Harrison of the City Gent says, the situation is 'made worse' by him going away on holiday. Mike asserts he's running away, which is pretty much what it looks like he did last season when the going gets tough.

    I have no issue with people having a holiday, but if you're the leader of a business, sorry, but your primary responsibility is the performance of that business, not a holiday.

    I like my mixed martial arts; I'd like someone to tell me the last time Dana White of the UFC took an extended vacation and missed shows.

    As far as I'm aware, never.

    His responsibility to that company, given his position, outweighs pretty much everything else. Hey, he signed up to it. Take the good times with the bad, and work hard throughout.

    I don't think it's unreasonable to ask, or even demand that. Also just my opinion :thumbup:

    Well done lad. You've not contributed. Whether he's in Little or BIG Germany...some of us care about our club and the direction it's going and have started action....better than sitting on your arse in 12 months time saying ...oh dear how did we end up here...

    I've been going 40 years kidder, been there seen it done it all and had 'interesting' times at a lot of away grounds when they were proper naughty, not like the away games these days. Are you threatening another member of the forum?
