The clubs welfare is under attack from two directions.
The virus and our shocking form.

You can't work out which is having the greater impact
but for me,I wouldn't risk it because of the virus.

When you know the virus spreads through spores coming
out of peoples mouths when talking, sneezing etc then I reckon
fans in the kop who had it, could easily infect people in the
Midland road stand or even the Bradford end just by screaming
their anger at watching another shocking display on the pitch!

Even more of a mess if unemployment continues to increase, businesses continue to close and football clubs go under.

And on the other side of the coin, assuming people can still socially distance and queue appropriately this could be a lifeline for these struggling businesses.

It's easy to point out all the problems, we already know what they all are. The issue is that not many seem to be suggesting workable and realistic solutions. If there are some, of course.

But this is why I've said it needs the clubs as a collective to come up with a plan on how to ensure social distancing in a safe and cost-effective way both in the ground and before and after the match. At the moment all we have are so vague proposals that largely assume that Football fans can be trusted to take personal responsibility when you throw the unique aspects of a sporting event into the mix and the evidence we have suggests that the assumption is massively misplaced.

As I've said if you are going to the cinema outside maybe a showing of Rocky Horror you aren't potentially having a mass meetup before a performance, you aren't looking to crowd together during a performance, you aren't going to be shouting, singing and randomly hugging strangers and then you aren't leaving and having a mass meet up with drink involved. All those are things that do happen in and around a football match. There are 20 PL clubs, 72 EFL clubs and 66 National league clubs most of whom have clever people with all sorts of professionally backgrounds who should be able to as a group come up with something workable, safe and which can be applied at every level if they would actually try rather than just sit there and moan

How will our new 3 Tier affect people who attend the games at present for instance directors of following clubs as they surely can’t mix with other people in hospitality

Mass meet ups are still happening now with all the shouting, singing and hugging strangers you mentioned. The only difference is that they're indoors in a pub or club, away from prying eyes.

Considering that when football started up again, the players were not meant to celebrate with each other after a goal, spit or clear their noses, ALL of which they do with a total disregard of the guidelines ( not policed by the sweet. F.A. ), how then would fans be inclined to follow spectator protocols.
Letting fans back into grounds will only prolong the pandemic but, those that want to go back in are probably borderline covidiots IMO.

The biggest problem at most stadiums, is queuing!

They can do away with many queues by closing the refreshment kiosks.

They can probably have a safe distance queue outside the turnstiles.

The big issue will be the toilets! If they have to have two metres spacing at the urinals, then you are probably reducing capacity to 20/25% of what it would normally cope with. Additionally you would have to have an entry and exit section, which would probably mean that some Toilets which only have one entrance would be closed or have draconian restrictions.

Really it is going to be utterly hell!

No, I don't think it is, only a tiny minority would go through with that, I'm sure most of us would be happy to sit at home with the telly and some ale before that carry on..

I wasn't going to come back on here after the abuse the other day but this is non-controversial. Very funny, Broncs. So funny my wife told me if that was your view I could make my own lunch!!

There are very strict rules and protocols in place regarding numbers (EFL rules), social distancing (Govt. rules) and other stuff like form filling and temperature checks(individual clubs). I have been to both games at Bolton and Mansfield so far with Barrow tomorrow.
For the first Bolton game we had to complete a form regarding our general health and contacts and had temperatures taken at entry. The meal was individual sandwich boxes and a cup of tea. This week the form was moved on-line but temperature taken at entry. The Bolton Boardroom is huge so no problem with capacity but 4 to a table instead of 8/10.
Mansfield was another on-line form and temperatures taken at the site boundary. 6 of us present eating in a 130 capacity room with 4 to a table. Mansfield in their own room.
At BCFC we have the same constraints. Our Boardroom is too small so we eat in the 1911 and sit immediately outside with visiting Directors in a box and sitting outside away from us.
Think this will be much the same everywhere.
All our other hospitality facilities are closed.
