Inspector I agree but I am getting really bored of chance can’t defend pitch activities. Every game the same. Why can’t we change ? Our defence and keeper are really open to any cross or free kick and we can’t hit a target? Not one game but most.

 

Depressing times following City. It's not going to change anytime soon either with an owner who had no interest in us, and a stubborn manager who blames everything on everyone but himself.

Good luck Sparksy with the season ticket push next summer. Half of my family are rapidly losing interest, and that includes someone who has been to virtually every home game since 1934

I was just thinking of that yesterday. But then I remembered the "Matter of Heart" film, and forgotten how mad that man really was. Can you imagine Adams letting him recommend (and ultimately sign) players watched on a Youtube clip? I think he'd chin him.

 

He needs to, and he needs to be backed. He’s shown very little to be inspired by, BUT….. he has been successful with several other clubs. So he obviously knows what he’s doing. Unpleasant as it may be, we can’t reduce our assessment of this club down to being about the manager. The squad needs a proper rebuild. If we start again now, we’ll just be landed with another manager who needs time to assess the squad, who’ll sign a few of his own duffers, and round and round we go.

Adams has had long enough to know exactly how much of a rebuild this squad needs. No excuses, he needs to be backed to do just that. No f****g about. It needs 5 or 6 in and out in January if we’re going to be in with any chance of the playoffs this season. Hard to do, and it’ll cost, but its time to stop talking bollocks in the press and misleading fans with Twitter campaigns, and tales of club partners, and go out and sign some bloody quality. Beyond your hard core of 5 or 6k, the club ain’t shifting STs next summer. People have had enough of watching this shit.

Did not want us to play this game and should have refused to after the stupid fa decision.We had zero chance of wining . No Cook, Vernham , Eisa or lavery . Not enough players to fill the bench . Lack of ability and confidence in the available players. Uses four subs in the last 5 mins ,when already losing, pointless.
Saying that, we just can't keep sacking managers, we have to give him more time than 6 months and one transfer window.

Adams isn’t doing himself any favours sticking with ROD, but we have no goal scorers in the squad. We can complain until the cows come home but as @Faithful Bantam has said, it’s been 3 years plus since this decline has been happening. Recruitment, recruitment, recruitment. The buck stops there because no manager in the world can get this lot scoring consistently.
