Why cant we have all three ??
Why do we have to trim Doyle and keep Patrick & Oteh
Genuinely dont get it.
Surely we are better served at attempting to obtain promotion with Doyle in our squad.
We have been told funds are available for further signings, just utilise this to keep Doyle. He has just won the player of the month award for a record third consecutive month . We couldn't buy anyone better that we have already on our books.

We just need the coach/manager to do exacly that coach/manage

 

He's scored 0 for Bradford City FACT, shit football or not, what makes you think Doyle will turn his goal scoring form around when you accept were play shit, poor arguement.

 

How many goals scored / assists has Reeves made since his return? Some folk reckon he is the messiah too

Once again your memory is playing tricks with your head, you lost a bet because bronco and @Offcomedun said we would see Jake Reeves get a start in the starting 11 before the New Year, even though you told us all he should go out on loan for his rehab.
His first two outings I believe he won MOTM for one if not both, but since then he has been poor as I have posted certainly in the Colchester thread.

Really, well as you're aiming that comment at me, my arguement has always been when fit he would be an asset to the club, as I've posted abo his first two games he was the best player on the pitch winning a MOTM award,.
This was after being side lined for two years, he was never renowed for his scoring feats unlike the Ginger Messiah but give him long enough and he might produce that assist, and who knows if Doyle is still here he might get a goal for Bradford City.

It's true though.. He's just as bad as Josh Wright.

Wright is doing miles better than Reeves right now.

What makes Reeves a good player? He's a safe busy player.. he's been shocking!

 

Give over Overall Reeves has done a great job except in Fordyland

 

So we give reeves long enough and he might get an assist, yet you right off the countries top scorer after 3 games.

Reeves was man of the match in his first game as a token gesture. He has genuinely improved the side by zilch, in fact you could argue we have gone backwards (pardon the pun) since he came back in

 

It will be interesting to see if Palmer is fit will he make the squad at Mansfield with possibly Reeves, Devitt, Cooke, Pritchard, Akpan all fit.

 

If anybody is thinking that Hope is a replacement for Doyle, then you're wrong. He's more of winger/wide forward where Yates has been playing. Wellens has made it quite clear that he is in the market for an experienced out and out striker (not Hope). Hope might play as a striker tomorrow, but we are a tad short in that department at the moment.

That's not me trying to suggest Doyle will return to Swindon but, if he doesn't, it won't be down to us signing hope.

That has been quoted on here, obviously not the fee but the fact you may get a sell on and come back in for Doyle, good luck to you guys if that's how it turns out, Doyle going will make our forum a little less divided......I think.
