Taken out of context it looks bad, but we don't know what was said that provoked the reaction of the ref. Refs are only human and some of the abuse they get from players is disgusting. It doesn't happen in other sports. There's a zero tolerance for abusing officials, but in football players seem able to scream and abuse refs for anything and most of the time it goes unpunished.

 

I agree but looking at it I think he will at least get placed on gardening leave.

 

Good on him I say , though I think he'll get into bother , would probably have escalated if he'd have backed away , got Windass a ban from car park in the past so guess he's not scared of a bit of controversy, he got the decision right in my opinion
