The DD runs for 12 months rather than the 10 months this season. I renewed last night, but with my expectations lower. I also will miss matches due to boredom and poor results. However, you only really have to attend 12 matches to be in front financially. I haven’t had a run down as to when the DD starts yet, last year as you say started in June. Might start in May this season.

I agree, from a PR perspective extending the deadline would look good and would show that the club recognise and acknowledge some fans reluctance to renew. Perhaps the ideal time to have done that would have been at the same time as Rupp’s statement. An opportunity missed but not too late to rectify.

 

well, just renewed with my lad, where else could we suffer such agony together on a Saturday afternoon.
Quite a few down there to be honest and pitch looks ok, after all the rain , again this week.

 

I agree and ironically by default appear to have caused change. There is no need to boycott tickets now as there has been positive change in the club.

I was there protesting and believe we have to keep the powers at be accountable I feel they think they’ve got away with it currently!!!

There was an opportunity to put the a bit of heat on Rupp and the tit who claims to be a CEO, but people bottled it - couldn't bear to lose their seats that they'd had for 500 years and struck up some bizzare 105 minute weekly relationship with Derek and Dora.
Chance gone - sat in their ivory tower laughing at the stupidity of our moronic fan base.

 

I don't know about you, but I quite like having friends of many years with whom I share our football interest. I don't consider them, me or other City fans who have renewed their season tickets to be stupid or moronic. You might not agree, but there is no need for insults. Supporting our team is ingrained in our nature, through good times and bad. Yes, we might want a more professional approach and wish other decisions had been made, but I stillwant to support my club.

 

I'm sick of this club and the fans that are preventing change by continuously accepting mediocrity.
