I called this today at work when asked.,. lose to Crewe ... wouldn't be surprised if we beat The Orient .... wouldn't suprise if we get get thumped by Orient .....this team hasn't the mentality to get/win the play offs.

Winners find ways. It's a mentality thing. Interesting that the general consensus on here is that the 10 mins injury time which ensued left us with the challenge of seeing out the game to secure playoffs, rather than be a chance to stay in the top 3 hunt.

its frustrating its come down to the final day but hand on heart we know hughes’ negativity has cost us auto promotion and if we miss out, the failure is on him.

He has to recall Clayton on Monday. We haven't looked solid since he's been out. From here on in it is not about going all out for the win, but making sure we get the point we need. After that, Hughes will set up to nick wins just as he has done for the majority of the season. This team are incapable of going all out, but very capable of pinching a goal. I'm also not sure what's happened to the defence. Is Platt an even bigger miss than we thought? He's probably another I'd recall on the back of the last few games.

 

If he goes for the draw on Monday we will get beat not good enough to hold teams out for 90 plus mins
