I'm gutted we aren't going but we've got Rochdale tickets and will be at Swindon.

That's the route I took last season, changing at Stevenage both ways and so avoiding changing in London. My return journey was direct to Bradford Forster Square from Stevenage, although I got off at Shipley to grab a few beers in the Fox.

Anyone saying otherwise is simply wrong.

Some people look at it from their own perspective and I'm the same in that I'd always try and go rather than watch on the box but there are far, far more fair weather supporters who won't make the extra effort, or fork out the extra cash, even for the sake of a 20 minute drive to VP.

    1st day of Easter Holidays.
I went to France in the Summer Holiday, was quick and easy as it wasn't the first weekend.
They had exactly the same issues at the beginning of that holiday too so thinking it will be the same.

19011 fair weather supporters at VP on Saturday would disagree with you.

All good sports are available to watch on telly.

It's a fallacy to pretend telly is the death of live audiences.

How many centuries of evidence do we need to accept this plain and simple truth?

Who said it was the "death of live audiences"? Asolutely no one, that's who.

If you want to debate the possible effect of ifollow on football league crowds let's debate it but being deliberately misleading just makes it a total nonsense and barely worth replying to.

For the record though, the first televised live sport was in 1939 so not even 1 "century of evidence yet".

Most sport shown on TV are bigger events where there is more interest and selling out tickets are not a problem.
It’s naive of you to think that iFollow showing a Bradford City game 300 miles away won’t have an effect on the travelling numbers.
If iFollow didn’t exist, we’d have sold this game out. We might still sell out but it’s a harder sell.

Like you say, we might still sell out but even if we don't, I bet there will be more people that buy an ifollow pass that never had any intention of travelling to the game anyway, so it will generate extra income for the club that wouldn't be there if ifollow was unavailable.

Would like to see Critchlow return for this one. The defence has been a lot leakier in recent games so the argument for keeping the Platt/Stubbs partnership is weaker. I’d be interested in seeing Stubbs and Critchlow as a CB pairing.
