    I nearly crapped mesen when I practically stood on a pair of grouse laying up in the heather, that flapped away making that grouse-noise they are famous for. It’s one of the drawbacks of being so ninja like on my approach to a loch. There was also a persistent gull. No ducks. Some lovely trout though, the best ones of the season. Video to follow at some stage ;)

    If anybody didn’t know I have been working in Wales for the last 2(two)years(I was initially asked to go for a month)
    I have now decided that this has to come to an end and i will put Mrs bbb and the ankle biters first instead of chasing the cash.
    In the next few weeks I will be returning to work in the greatest county in the country(Yorkshire)

    This is definitely a decision to put family first and absolutely nothing to do with missing midweek city games and getting back into away games when we are clear at the top of the league.
    Honest.

    Spoke with Emlyn last week. He's fixed all the recurring problems that had been detected in Yorkshire.

    They've said they now need him to go back home to troubleshoot a growing list of complaints on the north wales coast. Reckoned there'd be some team changes over that way that he'd need to make.

    I’m on 300mg every day and rarely have flare ups but this one was bad and came back as soon as I started the Allopurinol again

    You say you take one every day, but then say it came back as soon as you started taking it again. Are you saying you stopped taking it for a while and the started taking it again? I suggested to my doctor lad a few years ago that I was considering coming off allopurinol as I hadn't had an episode for years. He told me to keep taking it or suffer the consequences.
