I was right.Mrs bbb didn’t believe me when I told her I did the YP crossword with a load of complete strangers on a football forum!!

She said “no-ones that sad and desperate for something to do on a Saturday night”

 

She said Barry Manilow was very good though.

Not very mobile and not very expressive facially but can still bang a tune out.

 

And her alternative was?

 

She's sleeping it off in her own abode.

i think I laid waste to my ‘so called Jonah status’ in my last game. Or have you all conveniently forgotten that one? It was worth at least three away wins.

 

I read this every week as well.
I’ve never played bridge in my life and I haven’t a clue what it means but it fascinates me.

Enjoyed the first game.

 

Morning. Interesting evening/night yesterday. Ended up doing the 2.5hr round trip to Broadford A&E with the boy after he decided to paddle in the pond and took his wellies off (I had no idea). Anyway his sister came running in, she was playing with him, and he’d badly cut his foot and stood on something sharp. Blood everywhere, the cut looked pretty deep and at least an inch long. Anyway we got seen and he got it all cleaned and glued up and bandaged, got home about midnight. They closed portree hospital for A&E etc so it’s now further for those at the north end, still there was one lad that had a very nasty looking shinty hand injury that had waited 3 hrs so we were pretty lucky and another lad that hurt himself playing for Sleat n Strath at football in a thing at inverness. Doctor was rushed off his feet! We got a look at the new hospital though, looks very posh.

bloomin kids instantly took me back to when I stood on glass at a beach in wales, when we were camping when I was younger

 

Stadium looks very impressive
