    sounds rubbish. I hurt mine a few yrs back, physio gave me a circular resistance band she said stand on one end feet apart then hold other end opposite hand to the foot and raise your arm up (the sore one) and out and repeat. Worked wonders (obviously no idea if you have summat similar)

    I had physio few years back and cortisone injections was finally relieved with a guided injection
