    Did nearly 40 years selling on the road met all sorts of customers done corporate boardroom presentations through to wading through 6 inches of mud in builders yards all over the country (too old to be at the sharp end now) let the young ones do the hard miles
    Face to Face selling is a dieing art now but I always stood by "Listen, Observe and know when to Shut Up" !!!
    These days the art of communication is sending emails,
    Only 1 in 20 I see stand the remotest chance of making a salesperson
    Sad Really !!!!
