    Merry Christmas folks. Our plans have been altered after our eldest granddaughter has tested positive with an LFT and waiting results of a PCR test.
    So it's Christmas day at home, just the two of us, like last year.

    Mrs bbb just had a letter from West Yorkshire police road policing section.
    Her un insured car was seen in the West Yorkshire police area on n Monday.
    Apparently her car insurance policy that she thought automatically renewed.Didn’t.

    God Bless our Local Constabulary
    If it's not 3mph over the speed limit its an unintentional oversight on insurance
    Meanwhile houses are getting burgled, people getting mugged, cars getting stolen, etc etc
    RANT OVER !!!!

    I should add that apparently and fortunately West Yorkshire police have just started something called
    Operation tutelage which gives people who they find with no insurance the chance to rectify the issue with no penalty.
    Mrs bbb is currently running round like a headless chicken rectifying her mistake.

    She’s calmed down now she’s got the insurance sorted.
    To be fair to her apart from sitting in our garden and realising the plane that was overhead was our honeymoon flight in 2004 this is her only clerical error in our 22 years together.
    She is normally so organised with everything in the bbb house.
    This slight mistake is so rare I think I’ll just let it go and we can both forget it ever happened.
