    Evening all.

    Just been having a look at Wout Van Aert's stats from today's stage @zico@zico. Absolutely terrifying. I went down a hill at 34.8kmh, he did it at 68kmh.

    Also, have you seen The Midlife Cyclist book? IMG_20210909_165711790.jpg

    Excellent so far, from the first chapter. Premise of the book is that humans are exercising for longer in life, but there is limited research on how do it 'well'. Bearing in mind older bodies are different to younger bodies.

    Fearless. I can't believe how when they crash and rip the skin off their thighs, arse and arms they just jump up and ride on another 100 miles.

    I'd be crying in a heap on the floor calling an ambulance, and taking a week off work.

    I'll check the book out ready for when i reach midlife...
