I won't be there next week, or Salford, for that matter. I already know what my predictions will be.

 

Evening. Knackered, another great day afloat. Dolphins again, so kids and mrs got to see them up close. Got to the Ascrib Islands, too late to moor up and have an explore, save that for next time. No fishing today, just sightseeing, got takeaway pizzas. Mozzarella sticks and onion rings from the Misty for scran in the car.

shame about City, feet back on the ground. Hope you all still had a decent day footy aside

Just had text from Yorkshire saying that as there were only 19.3 overs bowled at the test today we qualify for a 50% refund.
Didn’t realise this was in the terms and conditions of the ticket but nice to get a few quid back as we were only there for an hour and a half.

The marquee is set up on the green right outside MiL’s house so we should get a decent view of the international jet set.

Quick breakfast then off to farm shop before it gets too busy

 

you could just about see it, there was a haar out in the minch but some of the peaks of Harris were poking up above it. Bit far in the wee boat, leave that to the ferry and these huge ribs that go to St Kilda from Skye. Gone through some petrol last two days. Windier from the north today, off to drag the boat out later this morning at high tide.
