22 years together
miss each other whilst I’m away
not seen any live sport for 15 months
both love live cricket
missed all t20 last season
After weighing up all these factors she we’ve decided she’ll pick Tom up at his house at 5 o’clock tomorrow

Tom is very much male but for next Tuesdays game against Leicestershire mrs bbb will be accompanied by “rugby Claire”
I’ll leave that one with you while I go to sob quietly in a corner and mentally question my masculinity.

i know, things happen, but this makes it extra frustrating. She’ll be fine, it just would have been nice for them all to experience a day there, rather than thinking about anything they are maybe worried about, over the summer holidays. Last years kids had the same, so it’s not the end of the world.

It isn't ideal to miss out on that. I would challenge them to see if they can't rearrange before school finishes? I get the COVID difficulties, but they will all be mixing in August anyway.
