    Lots of nice things in Conwy, love going there.

    Nice pubs and coffee shops. Great little independent bookshop. The bakery on the corner does great cheese and onion pasties.

    I'm off pastry and I'm very upset about it. It gives me horrid indigestion so no pies, pasties or sausage rolls for me.

    December and January I did about 7-8 weeks off the booze. Since then whenever I drink red wine I get a rash and if I drink lager 2 days in a row I get dry skin on my face and spots. The pastry thing is only since this voluntary sobriety session too. The lesson here lads is DON'T have a few weeks off the beer if you like your pies and booze.
