Someone else on the class is an absolute minimum here but this is a scenario repeated in schools up and down the country due to the lack of provision for children with special educational needs. They've put them all in mainstream to save money and some children will never suit that environment.

For this particular child Hulmaaar, I think you're well within your rights to demand that he's not in class until a suitable risk assessment is in place which includes an evacuation plan to a suitable learning environment for the rest of the cohort.
