    Get rid of the water first. The tea leaves might need some addition but you should be fine. If you leave water in it'll be bitter and full of tannin.

    It was 4 in the morning.I was the only one on,very tired after a shit day and was so tempted to throw in a couple more posts to bring it up to 5 or 6 but didn’t want to tempt fate with the purists/forum police.

    after speaking to GP I am now waiting for an appointment for an XRay so make sure nothing in my arm is broken. Also getting referred for physio.

    to be honest I don’t care if they ever work out what it is as long as the pain goes and let’s me get back to work. Pain is reducing over time so I’m guessing it is healing itself
