Car insurance is such a scam. Just the latest phone call to mine, getting nowhere as the third party insurance dilly dally and there’s nothing that can be done about it. Why ever get the insurance of the driver at fault to pay totally for the repair, we must all pay our excess through our own insurer, and then wait for the speedy process of claiming that excess back through legal means.
