    We had veggie burgers on seeded buns, beef tomatoes, fried red onion, cheese and chips. Plenty of burger sauce for me. Burp.

    Mrs is making sour dough bread, i feel this minefield has been dealt with already on this fast paced, thread.

    Sounds nice, hobgoblin?. I’d love to, wife had us watching some diet programme by dr michael Moseley last night though, I felt like i was a massive disappointment :laughing: i ‘lager-fast’ mon-thurs inclusive. Goes out of the window fri-sun. Diet report says ‘must do better’.
