    Beer update: turns out the stout that has been lurking for several weeks is 10.5%. A bourbon-infused chocolate vanilla stout. Basically tastes like Baileys.

    I bought some of those heck chicken milano I think they're called when they were half price. They were quite nice. Chicken with tomato and herbs I think. The girl liked them anyway.

    I hadn’t realised that only the home team gets money from the broadcast rights of Test cricket. Be nice if the ECB gave some cash to the West Indies.

    They get a fee from the ICC, but that is not related to the TV rights. Hence England, Australia and India make lots of money from TV rights and the others a lot less.
