    Wouldn't manage that down here. The water is bloody awful down here. Whenever I get back up north the first thing I do is drink water from the tap!

    A couple of months ago also gave me a wheelie bin sticker , as they ALWAYS bring my bins in whilst I'm at work.

    Wrestled first new tyre onto bike rim. Lots of swearing, damaged fingers, pinged tyre levers around, took an hour. Triumphantly pumping up tyre. Tube constantly letting out air as was being pumped up. Changed adaptor, same problem. Must have split the the inner tube when getting the tyre on. Feck. Put the other 2 new tyres to one side.

    Raced inside to start pilates class with 2 minutes to spare. Set up room, set up laptop, wiped sweat off brow. Checked for email to access class. No email. Checked rubbish and spam folders. No email. Logged into website. I'd not booked for this week. Can't book once class is started.

    Lay down on pilates mat, to have a little 'moment'.

    10 minutes later, ate a chocolate ice cream.

    5 minutes later, noted down telephone numbers for all local bike shops. 3 tyres need doing.
