    Be prepared was my boy scout motto ,
    not going to that extreme yet ,
    but after 6 weeks off work and bills still coming in needless costs will have to go ,
    i filled my car up to the top today at £ 1.03 per litre , thats a saving ,
    i expect lockdown to go on a while, unsure how long furlough will last wage wise etc.

    It was actually lower priced at Morrisons ,
    but i dont like using their low sulphur fuel in my car ,
    for some reason my diesal engine performs badly on it ,

    both our kids amazon fire tablets are currently playing up, they definitely enjoy using them and they do come in handy. We use that time limit function on them, well, when they are working that is. I think there can definitely be a bit of leeway though, in these times too.

    The girl plays roblox with some of her friends. All looks pretty fun. Would have loved summat like that as a kid tbh rather than the weird cassette dial up on the crappy msx that some salesman convinced my dad would be the next big thing :joy: Computers were proper crap back in the day :joy:

    Come on Offy surely things aren't that bad
    Only a week or so and we will be fishing again
    Strangely enough not missed football much but am really looking forward to meeting ( at a safe distance) my friends on the bank again
    Can furlough me for the rest of the year so long as they open the lakes and rivers again soon

    I was off last year for 26 weeks in and out of hospital ,
    i've currently in my 6th week of furlough ,
    not on the breadline but by watching my pennies and saving for a rainy day .
