    a lot of the marshes have gone, down to about 80 pitches now days. For frogs I reckon Rainham Marsh would be a better bet.

    Afternoon all.

    Lovely cycle ride this morning, even if 20km of it was into a headwind.

    Saw a police chase, quite scary . Both the police and the other car were easily doing 80 in 40 zone on my side of the road.
