    Morning folks

    My dad rang last night to tell me my mum was in hospital with a broken hip. Operation today and hopefully out soon. Not great in these circumstances. Fortunately he can sort of look after himself but not sure he will cope having to help my mum too. Very frustrating

    dropped boy off and got to Otley early so am sat in car cos don’t want to waste my ‘exercise’ just walking round for 30 mins

    weather. Tee total last night, put two cans in the fridge and promptly fell asleep.

    I see some decision over Scottish footy was made, not sure I understand other than hearing several times that Stanraer were relegated. Will have to catch up on BBC sport.

    My kids got the timetable sent to them by the school yesterday - 9am every morning they’ve got to do the Joe Wicks PE workout before online registration.
