    What will happen is the scores fed back to individuals will be compared as people talk then through that everyone will work out who's scored what and if they feel inclined they'll appeal or raise a grievance. If it stops there you'll be OK, problem will be if anyone is Unionised or takes legal advise, the company will then end up paying out more and others will inevitably get wind of it. Its really not worth the risk. Better to have a fair scoring system that is implemented "ineffectively" shall we say. If its inherently unfair it has the potential to cause more expensive problems that will also consume a lot of time.

    Luckily the scores are not fed back. In reality the scores are not actually comparable as the questions are different depending on their weaknesses from an online test

    Er.... You have to feed back their scores as part of the outcomes process. Each individual must get their scores and even if you don't want to give them they can request them and you have to provide them if by nothing else but under subject access legislation so they better come up with another answer to that question!

    Er, I’ve done a over 100 and not once has anyone asked for their score back either the successful ones or those unsuccessful. It has never crossed my mind to request it when I’ve had an interview either. Plus they wouldn’t get access to anyone else’s so it would be meaningless.
