Flask works, why the drama? I work in a rugged job, not wheeling about on a wheely chair all day, playing table footy in the office think-tank, an area liberally festooned with bean bags.

Windscreen - there a lot of residue from the sea air and the general detritus wafting about.

Our office is nothing like that. Who has bean bags in their daydream zone these days.

Yes, it’s in the recepie i have. Fresh mackerel though, not smoked. Not sure whether to pan fry it and them flake it or do it in the oven. Any suggestions from the floor??
