    Mum's surgery have just installed a new phone system. I spent 15 minutes being told every 10 seconds that the staff in the surgery were doing their best. Somewhat irritating.

    Even more so when my feedback was dismissed. I only used to manage a contact centre with 300 staff, so what would I know...I refrained from asserting that I felt my interlocutor wasn't perhaps trying her best as I need to keep them onside.

    Afternoon all.

    Pleasant if wet dog walk. Was just marvelling at her scampering up and down some extremely steep slopes, when nature called her. Trickiest poo collection yet, about 10 ft up a 60° gradient. But I did it.
