    On my way to Derby to pick up yet another bloody car after my last one was deemed total loss by the insurance company. Couldn't be bothered fannying about buying it back and having it repaired so I accepted their generous (eventually) offer and am using the money to buy another car.

    Bought a newspaper to read on the train, the first I've bought in quite a long time, £1.40 !!!
    Needless to say I won't be buying another one anytime soon.

    Daily Express by the way because I used to enjoy the crossword.

    just drained.

    Looked at my heart rate and over night it took about 7 hours to finally drop down to my normal sleeping/resting rate and then it was time to get up. Usually it takes about half an hour
