I read a David Keenan book recently set amongst the Troubles in Belfast in the early 70s. Great book.

 

Mine does that. Annoying.

 

Been a nice drop in Samsung phone prices this week. Keeping an eye on them ahead of all the new ones coming out.

It is my friend's funeral tonight. It is in New Zealand, but I will be watching it.

Going though photos for now. Absolutely gutted.

I know we don't normally share personal photos on here, but this is me with her in 93/94



Not long after this was taken, she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma and lost all her hair. It was touch and go if she should would survive. But she did.

Then 15 years later, these are taken in New Zealand.

 

Small and very little consolation but at least you'll be able to listen in. Technology has some benefits these days. Take care of yourself.

Mrs bbb was at Liverpool university from 93 to 97 and I’ve seen pictures of her with exactly the same surroundings.

A couple of my Bingley mates went to Liverpool. Had some brilliant nights out, just before Mrs BBB's time there.

 

This photo seems to perfectly encapsulate Mrs bbb’s time as a student.
Spend the minimum on furniture and furnishings,resulting in more to spend on alcohol.
