Are we aspiring to be like clubs such as Morecambe and forest green? Or do we actually see ourselves as a professionally run football club? If it's the former, then fine everything is rosey.

 

You're using clubs like Morecambe and Forest green and saying, look they don't have one so why do we? We need a better structure than these clubs if we want to achieve anything.

We are a club that plays sport but like nearly all other clubs we are first and foremost a business
and need a forward thinking businessman to take us forward or you are right we may well end up a non league club
Such a person is in demand at far more attractive clubs than us (sadly)

 

Goalkeeping coach not massively concerned about at the moment. They tend to coach themselves. Again, feel sorry for the young lad GKS. No wonder he’s not progressing. Hope we get one in soon.
Lack of Fitness coach is what concerns me. With the players back in two weeks, there certainly needs to be someone to monitor their conditioning training, fitness, physical attributes etc. This analysis is the basic foundation of an organised modern football club.
An Assistant manager would help out Bowyer, and I’m suprised he hasn’t brought someone in, or the club haven’t advertised the vacancy.

I don’t know, maybe I’m expecting too much too soon, as it’s not even July yet, but there doesn’t seem much communication (yet again) about things like season tickets, new kit, club incentives, injury updates bla bla bla
