@Glenn Ackroyd thanks for looking into the click and collect option . Understable it Carnt happen if the platform isn’t there . Can I suggest that the club shop staff correctly label the price of items on the little tag on the item . I’ve been in loads of times and things had the wrong price on or no price at all . I’ve walked out a few times because I couldn’t be bothered to queue to find out the price of something . It’s not something I wanted too do . Make it easy as possible for the customer .

I don't know the capabilities of the ticket website that we use. We also have some other ideas regarding away priority that we'll be reviewing over summer, so this is something we'll come back to.ConnecticutBantam, Stafford Bantam and Fools Gold like this. -

Yep, that’s my mistake! The email was for those who wanted opt out. Strictly speaking we didn’t need to send it, but given that many haven’t had communication for some time I wanted to give people who were on the list and who didn’t want to be, the chance to come off.
It avoids spam complaints.
We’ve now got a list 10x bigger than before who’ll receive emails and the odd SMS -

Away fans feedback is loud and clear that part of the away day experience includes the consumption of alcohol (for a large proportion) so moving would lower commercial income from alcohol sales.
The TL Dallas Stand is ideal for when we have large groups of community or family groups due to the no alcohol rule but it costs us £800 to steward the area so while the actual crowds are smaller it is not viable to spend this money when the number of community tickets can easily be accommodated in the upper north-west - not costing us any extra in stewarding.
We choose not to assign the TL Dallas permanently to home supporters for season tickets because EFL regulations state that 10% of capacity must be available to away supporters.Interested Bystander, bantamJS and Stoneski like this. -

Two points, the first being an observation
The BCFC lottery was done back around 1980, for a time it was successful and generated reasonable levels of revenue.
I had this in mind as a possible venture for today's Bradford City when I read your post.
Due to todays online communication, kiosks and selling points wouldn't really be required, therefore the logistics of getting tickets to various outlets wouldn't be an issue.
First priority, try to get the season ticket (and flexis) holders on board with an online weekly/monthly subscription for eligibility to the lottery draws.
Well done and good luck on the resurrection of this idea.
Second, and a minor point on merchandise
Certain times of the year the sun is low and does cause viewing issues to many of the supporters sat in the Midland road stand.
Maybe a cheap Alice band, with a claret or amber tinted transparent visor attached could be produced.
The selling of these could be determined upon weather conditions of the day, and be placed pre-match in a box at the side of programme/ half time ticket sellers etc...Botswana Bantam, Interested Bystander and Onside like this. -
Surely @Glenn Ackroyd or @wetherbywhaler we should be organising a Stephan Darby charity match. There was talk of it, but not heard anything concrete. I'd love to see the class of 2013 pull on the claret and amber once more and take on a Liverpool 11, made up of reserves, ex players, trialists, and all proceeds obviously to the MND charity. Valley Parade would be packed to the hilt, I can assure you!

We have a plan for a launch event that will target City fans over the summer. And it will be a digital payment method which will streamline the operation for efficiency. It's been tried and tested for 10 years at Burnley and we're copying and pasting their solution with additional enhancements.
Regarding the sun visors, I've forwarded your idea onto Dale Whiting who is the Club Shop retail manager.
Many thanks for the ideas.Botswana Bantam, WilsdenBantam and Johnny Yen like this. -
