We're sh1t and we'll be comfortably bottom 6. Make no mistake about it, we're in a real relegation scrap this season.

 

I thought 11th but have gone for 13-15th as I'm usually a bit out.

Not a chance, no matter how crap we are I still make one or two games every season. Plus, you lot can't really claim to be much of a positive influence this season

Bloodyhell Skye, I might have to join you. Last 5 for me is LLWLL. Home for Sunderland and Accy games, might just go to Brid and fish.

 

In theory we have decent centrebacks for League 1 and they are going to have to adapt to the 3 at the back system pdq. We are in trouble if we can't keep some clean sheets.

Despite quality up front we are struggling for a threat never mind goals and our midfield is a major work in progress.

All in all I've gone for 16 to 20 (Hopkin will have done a great job) and I'll be ecstatic if we're any higher.

 

Bottom four. Hoppers has my full backing though.

Just so you know, you can write off any points gained at home to Rochdale and away to Luton as I shall be in attendance, along with some other notable Countdown Jonahs. My form in my last 3 games attended reads L L L.

I think the next couple of games will see us improving, implementing the changes but still see us just falling short of a few wins. Few injured players back and the team fitter I think will start to push us up the league and be in the top half of the league by Christmas.

 

Possibly Reeves apart i cannot see any of the returning players strengthening the team and expect a dogfight thru to the next transfer window. Expect bottom 6 to end of year and then hopefully improvements when the squad is strengthend.

 

Been doing just that all season Skye have been catching Carp a plenty at our local lake
From the comments on here sat waiting for the bite alarms to scream sounds preferable to watching our L2 bound players
Sadly as the rheumatics and cold weather kick in my fishing Saturday's are numbered so the old season ticket may get a "dusting down"come off the shelf and get used

If Hoppy can get the defence sorted I can see us comfortably mid table or above.
Lets face it if we had solid defence we would have had at least 4 points from the last 2 games.

17 games between now and the end of December we are 5 points adrift of 10th place if Hopkin can get another of his type of players in and a few more of our injuries back I dont think 7th to 12th place is beyond us.
Possibly nearer 12th than 7th but we just need that first win under Hopkin and I think we will start to get points on a regular basis, but it wont be a walk in the park, hard graft but I believe that's the type of manager we have in Dave Hopkin.
