    Where do you see us in the table by Christmas?

    Just curious to see what people think.

    I've voted 16th-20th - I reckon we'll see progress under Hopkin but I don't think we'll quickly climb the table, progress is progress though and I'll be happy to see it on the pitch.

    COME ON CITY!! :D

    If Hoppy can get the defence sorted I can see us comfortably mid table or above.
    Lets face it if we had solid defence we would have had at least 4 points from the last 2 games.

    17 games between now and the end of December we are 5 points adrift of 10th place if Hopkin can get another of his type of players in and a few more of our injuries back I dont think 7th to 12th place is beyond us.
    Possibly nearer 12th than 7th but we just need that first win under Hopkin and I think we will start to get points on a regular basis, but it wont be a walk in the park, hard graft but I believe that's the type of manager we have in Dave Hopkin.

    In theory we have decent centrebacks for League 1 and they are going to have to adapt to the 3 at the back system pdq. We are in trouble if we can't keep some clean sheets.

    Despite quality up front we are struggling for a threat never mind goals and our midfield is a major work in progress.

    All in all I've gone for 16 to 20 (Hopkin will have done a great job) and I'll be ecstatic if we're any higher.

    Bottom four. Hoppers has my full backing though.

    Just so you know, you can write off any points gained at home to Rochdale and away to Luton as I shall be in attendance, along with some other notable Countdown Jonahs. My form in my last 3 games attended reads L L L.

    I think we will get around 1 point per game, given the current form! However it is up to the players and Hopkin to change my perception.

    I've done the same........... I can't see City in the top half before January.
    Even then, it'll depend upon recruitment - if any !

    I think the next couple of games will see us improving, implementing the changes but still see us just falling short of a few wins. Few injured players back and the team fitter I think will start to push us up the league and be in the top half of the league by Christmas.
