    63% possession away from home.
    ZERO shots on target.
    A frustrated away end.
    No midfield creativity. No threat.

It's worse than Adams. I was no fan of Adams but I recall better games to watch under him than we've seen this season. Not many, but Stevenage at home last season was a better watch than anything we've served up this season.

I have no confidence in the game plan. It doesn't work with players at this level.

It's hard trying to justify those bad misses from Cook but overall we created little, we had to start better second half and you would have backed him to put 2 if not all 3 of those chances away but in all honesty no one else is putting any pressure on Hughes for him to pick them and that for me is the most worrying part.
Everything looked so positive at the start of this season, Hughes had 3 months of last season to see who he would want to stay, and a closed season to add to it, we all believed we were going in the right direction and it looked that way until recently, he's just said he may have to change things be that players or I believe formation, once again IMO he made those changes too late in the game, I don't see why the Oliver for Eisa and Banks for Chapman couldn't have been made at half time but he didn't and to be fair we did create a few chances unfortunately we didn't take them but I believe anyone who watched or attended the game the result was right.

Before the season started someone on here posted an interview with the Carlisle manager who was laying out his plans for the season. He said they had very little to spend on players and couldn't hope to compete with the likes of Bradford City who'd spent a fortune and signed some fantastic players. He hoped to pick up what he could, and avoid getting drawn into the relegation scrap. He couldn't see them finishing much higher than midtable. And look where the two clubs are tonight.
I'm afraid that the doubts that many have expressed on here are proving well-founded.

But some fans will see the table and say we’re only 2 points off play offs and think it’s a success.
The real fans who spend time and money going to games know it’s shit entertainment and a comparable watch to that of Adams and Bowyer football

Who would you play instead of Cook and why, because what I've seen of Oliver playing the lone striker role he's not the answer ?.

They seem to have lost their way. Too much sideways and backward for the sake of it. Mix it up. Pace in behind. It’s a concern that three weeks with no game and they play like that.
it badly needs midfield changes. We have several who are superfluous. Hopefully they can get some new faces in and move on some of the fringe players.

I’m not excusing anyone. Adams was an arrogant deluded prick. We need to give Hughes time.

The playing style is. Adams had a worse squad and towards the end its clear that team spirit was in the gutter. But I'd far rather watch teams who play in a higher tempo, more direct style. I'm not saying we were good at it, but the intent was at least there.

The amazing thing……and it is amazing……is that Carlisle are fourth.

Yes I will repeat that…..Carlisle are fourth.

I thought they were poor…….but not as poor as us.

Compared to Northampton and Leyton Orient, they were pretty damn poor.

They beat us today, because we out did them in the poor stakes.

Adams an arrogant deluded prick mmmmmmm so what makes you think Hughes isn’t the same ?????
He refuses to change his system like Adams ....... he tries to bullshit the fans like Adams so in all honesty they are more or less the same but unlike Adams Hughes has been heavily backed

Do Carlisle and Stevenage have better squads? Bloody hell, do Barrow? I don't think Northampton or Swindon do, and I don't think Mansfield do either.

Hughes is underperforming, no doubt about it.

Is that the criteria you use to measure a real fan, if you don't attend games your opinion means nothing, that's rubbish and you know it, I genuinely feel for the fans who travelled all that way today to watch a performance like that but it makes them no better than someone who watched the game on TV.
