    So are there going to be more departures. I’m assuming development squad is done with now. Also Bruenker Robinson Reeves Gibson and Patrick have a stay of execution at the moment. The whole Robinson saga needs to finish now too if he is suspended I’m assuming already off wage bill? As suspended normally means without pay! Interesting few days ahead.

    The Robinson saga is driven by a timeline not set by the club. It's an exceptional case.

    The rest I can see leaving - though I think Bruenker will be here till the summer.

    To compare two, I'm guessing Reeves isn't fit so we can't get to they "stay or leave" discussion whereas Jones is fit and hasn't been playing so he doesn't get injured again.

    It's being driven by the club in a way they chose to suspend him. They didn't have to and he is innocent until proven guilty.

    Unfortunately, it isn't quite as simple as that if the nature of the investigation is as alleged. The club has other legal responsibilities that I suspect are influencing the position with Tyrell Robinson.

    In our justice system, everyone is innocent until proven guilty. But the club have obligations over employment law and code of conduct. The manner of his alleged offence is such that the club had no option but to suspend him pending the outcome of the legal process.

    Some things are more important than football, and this is one.

    I agree but if he's found not guilty then we have wasted him and if I was him I'd turn my back on the club when it's over.

    KK is simply trying to protect people from careless talk that could lead to legal proceedings against the individuals concerned and this site. This is not over zealous moderation, rather it's common sense.

    I think it was appropriate given the sensitivity of the investigation, it was just asking contributors to be cautious about any details they may have not to disclose.
