Bradford on duty BBC2

Didnt see it all, but the bits I did see showed Bradford up as looking really rough and depressing with some oddball characters.

It's a bit like that Fawlty Towers quote isn't it?

Might watch it if you recommend it. I was thinking a documentary on the style of Rita Sue and Bob too

 

I quite enjoyed it, nurses were great.
Loved the comments from the old lad in Silsden about the police.
It did like to show streets full of terrace houses and every City shot seemed to have the smoking chimney at the bottom of Wakefield Rd in it.

 

Should those poor sods who were finding life hard tighten their purse strings in this non existent cost of living crisis you deny exists?

How did you feel about being reminded about the tory abandonment of bradford and further lies by rishi sunak and co who on record said we would get our investment in transport?

Oh I must have touched a nerve there eh pal? Its not me you should be angry at its the party you support but have nothing but disdain for the likes of you.

 

Watching the show kinda showed what I see as the true Bradford. A place with very little going for it.
