I didn't realise Newport have lost 7 on the bounce. With everything at stake, there are zero excuses for the lads to not put in one more big effort like they have shown in the last few games, and give the Welshmen a good pasting. I'll be so pissed of if they fall at this hurdle

Although having said that, i'd be even more annoyed if we miss out by goal difference, or 1 or 2 points. If that happens, i'd rather us finish where Swindon are

If we win and it isn't enough to finish in 7th (which I don't think it will be), it won't be because other results haven't gone our way on the day. It will be because we haven't done enough over the course of the season and the really, really annoying thing is that to do enough, we would only have needed to turn one of our losses over the course of the season into a win for it to be entirely in our own hands on Saturday.

In some ways I think we will play better with the results not being our own hands. Less pressure so freeing up the nerves. I think the stars are aligning in our favour.

I don't think there's a need to go gung-ho and risk getting caught on the counter attack. Play like the first half on Tuesday and be more clinical, and we'll see the heads drop in the Newport side. Concede the first goal and it'll be a real battle to get the win.

 

I get that too but Crawley and especially Barrow can say the same. Its not just a Bantams thing.

Barrow should be home and dry now. We are in this position because of other teams failings, not our own.
