I just love the incredibly good view. You can see the whole pitch. The steps are steep for a 5’1” lass but it is worth it for the view. We are in the Executive seats, but might well give them up this year. I would normally have bought them by now, but we are taking our time this year, as I want to see a response from Rupp to the fans enquiries. They are expensive though in comparison to the rest of the stadium. I think it is £379 for one and we have two seats.

Bloody hell! You should have your own personal steward to help you up and down the steps at that price.

We sometimes use the suites, but not that often.

Each to their own I guess but when I’ve been in the upper tier of the main stand it’s so far away I didn’t feel part of the game. A bit like the upper tiers of Wembley.
My seat is in the upper Kop but reasonably close to the front.
The atmosphere up there this season has been absolutely dire with not just empty seats but entire empty rows especially on midweek games.
Nothing better than the upper Kop in a packed stadium but we won’t see that again for a long time so to get the noise back it really must come from the lower tiers next season.

He is awaiting an assessment for ADHD, so would tick a box for that. :)

I posted about the hospitality suite where fans have a meal, and said eating then having to walk down to the lower seating was stupid and is totally irrelevant to the ordinary match day fan using the suites then going to the seats in the lower tiers,
The club only open the lower tiers when the opposition will not generate a large crowd an example being Wycombe, not until after the first 2 rounds as the attendance can be accommodated within the lower tiers once again I've not disagreed. What I have disagreed with is your suggestion of not opening the upper tiers for league two games and seating every one in the lower tiers, to which I replied I could possibly stop attending if that becomes the case but it wont happen and given reasons why it wont,Ryan and Bradford City would lose too many customers so IMO that suggestion is also stupid.
It wont effect my home comforts because it will not happen even if we don't get 10,000 season ticket holders for season 2024/25.
I'll not respond again because we are talking about a hypothetical situation, unfortunately for some reason you fail to accept any logical replay that does not meet with your agenda, do you do it for attention ?.
This was my first reply to you and I have not deviated from that reply : I hope Sparks doesn't read this forum he just might be daft enough to try your "solution", that's the way forward tell fans they can't frequent the upper tiers and make them sit in the lower tiers, I would seriously have to consider giving Bradford City my continual support if they tried to push something as daft as your suggesting.

100% ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ remember the times under Parky and Stuarts first season back their was no complaints about the vocal support the players got back in those days, the City Vs Bolton game being outstanding.

In my case once the 25 year fiasco fell apart Julian offered those 25 yearers the chance to sit anywhere in the stadium so the facilities and seats in the EXJ section was a no brainer, we could access the Patrons bar and sit in seats that have built in cushions and have extra leg room, lets say in my case I was thinking on my feet with regards not getting any younger.
Me and my brother had excellent seats in the Midland Road Stand right on the halfway line and around 7 rows down from the camera gantry, only thing I wasn't keen on was drinking beer from a can in the concourse under the stand, not the best way to have a social drink, much prefer the Dolly Boys way.
Where we sit is not for everyone and I understand that, a couple of years ago @Rogered Tart@Rogered Tart booked the hospitality package and was sat to the left of where we sit and passed the same comment as yourself Steve great view and facilities but not for him he prefered to be nearer the action, I think he meant he enjoyed sitting near Charlie ;).
I never though sitting to watch a game of football was for me I loved the Bradford End in the 60/70s, tried the Kop but that also wasn't for me so our gang moved to the paddock just in front of the old tea bar until that tragic day.
When the new stadium opened I believe there was an open day where you could try the seating out and that's when we decided to try the Midland Road Stand, so your far from being alone with regards the seating in the upper tiers of the main stand not being everyone's cup of tea.

It will be open and stewarded anyway due to the corporate hospitality we offer.

You get a great view of the game up there and the seats have good legroom but i've always been in the kop in my days of supporting City. Much prefer being closer to the pitch as you feel part of the action.
