    They got one decent owner.

    That's the extent of it.

That's what we need, and we'll surpass them.

Bolton and Derby certainly are bigger clubs than Bradford Cty over the time they have been in the football league.

But why if the player is deemed off side surely he's off side from the moment he got caught out, in yesterday case a good 10 seconds before he was flagged by the linesman, I honestly don't know what the new rule offers apart from making the fans more frustrated, with not having Dimitry's videos to play back I cant say for sure but I believe Cook took more than one touch before he scored yet the flag didn't go up until the ball hit the back of the net.

It is the rule of “has to be involved in play” is the reason. However yesterday there was no one else there in a city shirt.

We had that season where Stuart continued our great home form from Parky going around 30+ home games without defeat I believe, but since then our home form has been mediocre to say the least, you have to wonder do our large attendances work against us, as we know from past opposition manager comments coming to Valley Parade lifts his team, and if we go a goal down certain elements of out fan base immediately get on the players back.

What was really funny ( for me) was watching the linesman gripping his arm to stop himself raising his flag as he ran down the line. What a waste of time.

Ooo!!! Probably been better off staying in the Record Bar…..or even the Pev of the Peak!

Hulme to VP is a good two and a half hour+ return journey by car. I use to live in Whalley Range and Longsight, so know the route well. If you use the train to Bradford then probably nearer a three and a half hour journey.

There are many clubs like that up and down the EFL.

Hudders propped up by Hoyle before being bought out twice, lastly by Dollars
Ipswich propped up by Evans before being bought out by Dollars
Gillingham, Colchester, etc etc have all had , extremely wealthy local supporters chucking money at them.

Such fans in Bradford do not exist .
All were financial basket cases yet deemed worthy of buy out investment recently .

Big clubs are not about size of City or stadiums
Wigan are far bigger than Bradford whether you choose to like it or not

Wigan will never be thought of as being bigger than Bradford unless you're talking rugby. Being bigger is all about perception based on longevity. It's why Man City still aren't classed as big the likes of Liverpool or Man Utd even though they have been way more successful over the past 10 years.

The same Bolton who came down to this level with a 100 million pound debt ......administration etc and shock horror despite all that they got out of this level in no time :(

You can go back through the years to clubs with our kind of support
    Coventry
    Pompey
    Plymouth
Bolton even clubs with half decent support Oxford,Luton all clubs that have had there fair few of problems yet still got out of this mess within a few years ............. i mean the likes of Stockport,Wrexham and Notts County all non league clubs 2 years ago yet there gonna be out of this league before we are.

Its a fooking mess and you can blame the managers but one thing has remained all the time during there spells and thats a piss poor owner and piss poor winner of sponsorship deals and a crap recruitment team and until all that is changed then this sham aint gonna change :(

How many years we been at this level and still no sign of us getting out after 3 sessons we should be looking to get out but this is laughable

Funny how our fans think we are bigger than these teams
We’ve been in bottom leagues forever and won absolutely nothing

Okay, I get you feel that, but what are you basing that on?

It's only very recently that they've had any success at all.

    They're historically poor

How many years did we have in the top flight ?????? Or are we just including the premier league ??
Have not won an Fa Cup
Have we also not had title wins ?????
You throw hundreds of millions at us and we could magically fill VP...........now do answer this honestly would Wigan get anywhere near our level of support on the back of 2 decades of mostly dross ??????
Would they fook there crowds would be bellow the 5k mark easily like it was pre Whelan

Wrexham have been worse than us for decades like Notts C and Stockport are we indeed not bigger than them 3 ??????
And how come every outsider away from this club always refer to the size of the club ?????
I know you can aim cheap tickets at our club but its hardly cheap away from home when we arrive in our thousands would any of the 3 above have the same numbers in our posistion and with whats gone on over the last 23 years ????

The only reason we have the support is due to ticket prices. Charge the same as other clubs and you would see the attendance back to the below

Do you remember when we were getting 7-8k
I reiterate a club is not big because of fans base

we are a small club with a recent big fan base
This is the reason our fans get entitled because they think we are a big club

2 seasons in the premiership do not make you a big club
