Well hear goes.
I enjoyed that game,
We were the better team throughout , poor errors for both goals in the only spell where they got on top.
Walker, Pointon, Halliday, Smallwood all had good games. Cook well marshalled by their centre halves, but should have done better with second half header. Osadebe should never pull on a city shirt again, lost the ball every time he received it ,including on the edge of our area for the second goal.
7 out of 10 from me, you could not tell which team was from the higher division and shows with a bit of organisation and leadership we can do well.

 

Shall miss the match today. I will be half way between Milan and Florence on the train.

 

This is what a rudderless ship looks like. Appaling leadership from Sparks and Rupp has lead to this.

I will go if we have a new manager in place to show my support. If not then it’s a simple no, usually me going to cup games, excluding the tinpot trophy, is a formality. But I really have no enthusiasm.

 

I went and don’t feel poor for it, good game of football and the better team despite the result and comments on here. Just too slow at the back unfortunately which is our biggest downfall.

 

I think the main gripe will be that we’ve only played 45 minutes again.
Did it at Sutton and most of the MK game but against a better side you’ll definitely get punished.

They're like brownie points... apparently they do exist but having a half life of a fraction of a second, no one has been able to use one

 

It’s strange how interest in the FA cup has changed. In the 1970s we’d be getting about 4,500 for Saturday league games but then when the FA cup came round the crowds would leap to about 6,500. I suppose we had few season ticket holders in those days and people just paid on the day and if we were having a poor league season they’d be up for the cup.

We have visited Milan before and quite liked it.
It is just a stopover today. We have just got off the train from Zurich and are tucking into pizza before the Frecciarossa to Florence. One of our epic rail trips. V lucky to have avoided any Storm Ciaran problems so far

The P&L didn't make a loss last year, and we've just signed up Seabrooks crisps. I don't know what some of you lot are moaning about.

 

Serious pub team vibes about today. No leader, no real plan, players talking amongst selves. No guidance no nothing. Absolute scandal this hasn't been sorted. Sparks and rupp totally culpable of this.

Sorry but pointon needs to leave for his good too before he gets dragged down to this level, which is something is family will surely see aswell. Absolutely same class as some of these young Wycombe lads walking through us
