    Participation fee £20,000

    Each group game win = £8,000 (draw = £4,000)

    2nd round win £15,000
    3rd round win £29,500
    Quarter final win £40,000
    Semi final - no prize money, but each club gets a £20,000 facility fee for Sky TV coverage
    Winner gets £84,000 (Runner up gets £42,000)

    Can only assume he mis-heard it. That stuff doesn't happen at City.

    The twitter post suggests nothing of the sort was said.

    I'm not so sure about that number of players. I'll doublecheck my list when I have time, but for now I make it 68 different players combining for 125 total 3+ goal games. Long boring list attached.

    Well let’s hope so because making rash accusations against your own fans is not great.
    I never heard anything, I didn’t see any reaction from any other fans and people sat very close to the incident said there were no racist comments.

    Reminds me of the time i a player a cheating c*nt in a break of play after yet another incident of timewasting. The player heard it as he gestured back but when i think back it could easily have been misconstrued as something else. Not saying it happened like this last night but it can happen.
