Dennis, thanks. I really don't think it alters anything. To clarify, I saw the management accounts and trial balances but you can take it for granted that I reconciled them to the statutory financial statements. I can understand why BCAFC has been reticent to publish full accounts (a policy introduced long before 2016) given the danger of people misunderstanding them. Given that they are lag indicators of performance I tend not to get hung up over historical accounts but that is another matter. The more pertinent observation is that mgt accounts are being prepared on a timely basis each month and that there is a good accounting control regime which was definitely not the case during the later stages of Herr Rahic's regime. As I mentioned above, I am genuinely surprised that you hadn't approached me 18 months ago or Alan Biggin for clarification which would have been far more constructive than posting speculative comments and encouraging the rumours.

If Stefan feels he is owned an apology I will happily make one if I have said anything factually incorrect. If I am wrong I always admit it and apologise if necessary. That’s a core belief of mine.

Wouldn’t it be great if this thread was ended? Continuation is doing nobody any good. If that’s classed as having a pop at a “well respected poster” , we all are right? ( Yes I have a good memory), I’m not frankly fussed.
All it’s doing, from an outsider looking in on the argument, which it’s becoming silly, is it is causing conflict . I don’t give a shiny sheet about club politics because I DONT KNOW enough to comment. Neither it appears , do many others.

The term keyboard warrior is so amusing. The ones that use it tend to be the ones that don't like people disagreeing with them.

Just got back to this and agree with the comments of Kevin 1954 and Bantamdave. I also note JD has had an apology from Mike Hunt. I'm sorry your upset with my comments but sad that you appear not to have taken note of John's posts 482, 492 and finally 502. Are you a Chartered Accountant?, if so you could surely have contacted JD or Alan Biggin as has been suggested. I'm not a Chartered Accountant but serving on the Board of a £12 bn Company I and my colleagues were made to learn Balance Sheets, study the daily Bank Statement and know when to shout if we spotted something.
I've read your previous posts but having read the WOAP piece by JD and his subsequent notes I know where my beliefs are. JD is not only a Chartered Accountant but a Forensic Accountant of some standing, hence his work previously on the accounts.
In my view much of what he thought at the time of Rahic was subsequently proved and indeed formed much of my talk with SR when I followed JD to Germany as detailed in my post on another thread. All this is why I have difficulty understanding your 'problem'. I leave it at that but have noted JD's warning about the danger of making liabelous comments.
