Yes but it's not about bringing their own kids through like it used to be, and we just want some one who could fund us to possibly the Championship.
Manchester City have now raised the bar so high they will be expected to win the Premiership year on year and take the odd Cup Final in along the way.

Man City have raised the bar because others have allowed them too.

Utd are so poor it's embarrassing. Their club are in the shadow of City now in everyway. Now they've an extremely poor manager in charge again and players unsure of the direction of the club. They're a mess. Utd now don't even have the best stadium in the country. Their fans wanting them to lose so Liverpool don't win the title highlights how small time the club is becoming. You should never ever want your team to lose.

City will overtake their 20 titles.

    Manchester is blue.

Back to us we need players that take this club seriously. I doubt Utd or any PL club will allow their player to come here as the club has no playing identity. Clubs pick where their talent go based on a clubs style of football.

United will be back even if it takes a few years whilst at the moment they are number two in Manchester by a long way they are still the biggest club

How will they be back? I don't see it. I believe Wolves will overtake them in the coming years. UTD On route to doing what Liverpool are doing which is not win the league for a massive a amount of years but other teams are catching them.

To be fair City will never be an elite club until they win the CL.

I doubt very much well be alive to see them achieve @Fordy117@Fordy117 comment if ever they do overtake Manchester United, he even comment you aren't a big club untill you've won the Champions League.
Wolves overtaking Manchester United it ain't gonna happen.

Wolves in their first season in the PL for the while finished only 18 points behind Utd.

Utd finished 30 points behind City. 30!!

Wolves are spending money and signing quality plus have a top manager.

Utd are spending money, buying rubbish and have a poor manager.

Wolves will close the gap on Utd. Utd are a poor poor side now.

Think you really need to look into Wolves business model a lot closer. They've one of the worlds leading agents on their board so signing top players won't be a problem.

    Wolves are not going away.

Man Utd are falling away mate. They've a rubbish manager, unrest in the camp and fans now having a loser mentality. City are laughing at them.

In years to come Wolves will overtake them. The only thing stopping me from having a little bet with you about Wolves next season is that they're in the EL Cup for the 1st time and that cup can ruin anyone's season.

You really think one agent is going to put Wolves above a vastly richer, better connected club like Man Utd?

They are still the biggest club in the UK, one of the biggest in Europe, have colossal resources, can attract top, top players, can pay top, top wages. They may be in need of an overhaul, but they are capable of doing that.

The best agent in the world mate who has links to most of the top players in the world.

As we know it's a combination of things that improves a club.

Look Utd are a big club but they're a falling club. Wolves are a club on the up. City, Liverpool and Spurs are all bigger clubs than Utd now.

Rashford who is a Manc has stop contract talks because he doesn't know the direction of the club. He is worried and I don't blame him.

At least with Wolves you know that they want to kick on and improve.

Bottom line is Utd are closer to Wolves than they're City and that's a fact.

And why would I need to read up on their business model ?, so they have one of the top agents on their board "big wow" seriously a player has the choice of Manchester United or Wolves, if the player is ambitious there is no contest no matter how many top agents are on the Wolves board, I'd also suggest if he was just after the money Wolves are not in a position to match United.
You're a lot younger than I am and I'll say now you'll never see Wolves finishing above United on a regular basis no matter what backing they recieve from their Chinese owners.

People would of said the same about Spurs in your day no doubt and Spurs finish above Utd often now with a miles better stadium.

People would of said the same about Mam City and loook now Manchester is blue.

So your basing your whole arguement on a couple of seasons certainly with regards Spurs, Mauricio Pochettino has resently said he does not know where his futrure lies because he has not had the sort of backing from the Spurs board that most ambitious club are getting.
A super stadium without doubt and it looks like they are planning for it to be used for more than football, but they are not in the same league as Man City or Man United with regards competing for players, their big test will be this coming season money for Pochettino and that's not being made available by selling Kane.

Mate both Kane and Pochettino have turned down Utd.

Please get to grips where that club is at now.

Yes, I do fully believe Spurs can complete with Utd on the transfer side of things now.

Poch is saying them things as he's playing it smart.

Think we'd better get back on topic the natives are getting restless, but you're wrong.
Spurs & Wolves can't be quoted in the same breath as Manchester United, Manchester City etc, we all remember Leicester winning the Premiership but they obviously couldn't sustain that remarkable achievement simple because they don't have the finance to build and improve their squad on.

I think Wolves have the potential of joining the elite with some very wealthy backing and a great manager

Point is that Utd are going backwards like it or not and like City have shown its possible to over take them. Utd are just strong on fan base now. Everything else is weak and as the world goes round their fan base is getting smaller as they're going in a backwards direction.

Talking about going backwards. Back to Bradford City

Everything apart from their financial strength. And that’s the reason they’ll never stay down for long. Long term, they’ll be fine and will always be the bigger club.

As soon as Mendes moves on, Wolves are done. As soon as FFP gets serious, City are done.

There’s a reason why the biggest clubs in the world have been the biggest clubs in the world for 60 years or more.
