    Money certainly helps but as I posted to Fordy Wolves and United vying for the same player, there's only one winner.
    Look how long it's taken Manchester City to get where they are even with an open cheque book.

    Man Citeh are in a different league; Utd/Chelsea/Arsenal/Wolves/Liverpool are backed by wealthy owners,

    the blue mooners are backed by a whole bloody country!
    Let China or USA or Russia or Saudi Arabia back a football team and see what would happen.

    Blackburn were a big club when they won the league. Man Utd can run without a sugar daddy. That's what makes them consistently big, but doesn't guarantee anything
