I’m simply “giving” back to Fordy what he’s been dishing out the last few months; trying to hold him to account for his misguided and foolish rantings. I’ve maybe done 5-6 posts about how Fordys a fraud and full of crap, whereas he’s done many, many more about getting Edin out.

 

Don't you think 5 or 6 of the exact same post is enough though? It's boring.

Fordy is Fordy, he's been here a while and is usually taken with a pinch of salt. Christ, sometimes he even makes sense. Perhaps just lighten up and stop taking the forum so seriously.

 

Hey up there's a match today! Almost forgot with all the chat about travel and tickets. My head is saying that we will start with a similar set up to last week, showing respect to Barnsley, but in reality I would love to see us play 2 up front at home. Maybe not this match.

 

Think he might start Doyle today against what were last season Championship players and then put Miller in on Tuesday.

PS As far as I can see it’s actually 1-2 new posts re Fordy in the last month or so, with a few thereafter replying to replies to my original posts. Maybe if you didn’t go on about it, I wouldn’t “have” to reply to you? Perhaps you should, erm, lighten up as well?

PPS 1-2 posts a month chasing someone up about something they’ve banged about for months isn’t really a big deal.

 

I cant take anyone seriously whos posts PPS.

 

I was thinking similar. One of those matches where I think we need to a score first after their display last weekend.

Big test for Mr Collins today. Hope we show up well and everyone going gets behind the lads.

 

Haven't missed a 1st home game of the season for a while but I can't make today.

Fingers crossed for a performance today 1st and foremost. I expect the atmosphere to be brilliant, I'm gutted to me missing out.

 

I'm still a bit worried about this formation, the lone striker could get a bit isolated up front. We are at home after all. I hope we're not worrying more about what they could do to us than focusing on our own strengths.

 

I just can't imagine they'll line up in that way but we'll see.

What does ‘showing respect to Barnsley’ mean? Why do you want to respect your opponents? Rip their spleens out, put four past them and, given the chance, try to pull their missus in the bar afterwards. It’s not a knitting club.

 

Not only that, but City are hardly well rehearsed in 3 at the back.
Let's hope we're not 2 - 0 down before we change it (IF needed).

 

I think 'showing respect' means preparing well for them and exercising the necessary caution worthy of a team of their ability.

 

Well say that then instead of sticking in any old bollocks cliche that is printed in The Sun.

 

So 0 - 1 down already, an' all is OK ?
Too early to judge, I know .............. BUT - We are slow in reacting to Barnsleys movement.
