Barnsley Away 12th Jan

To be fair they probably weren't that good as some are making out, we were at that time totally shite.

 

Give over! We had a 100% win record going into the game and had not conceeded a goal. Please note, league games only!!!

 

Anybody having trouble buying Barnsley tickets online. Just had a look and it says no away games available

 

So around 300 sold since yesterday.

The club word this all wrong

 

Dont sweat it - the away section at Barnsley holds 4,700. It's not the FA Cup final so everyone who wants a ticket should get one.

 

Don't be so sure, the Second West are back on the bandwagon, not forgetting all the Year 11 Schooligans.

 

Sold out part annoys me

 

I agree with you, I don't like this kind of marketing technique - however, it has got some panicking already about not getting a ticket!! If nothing else it's got people talking about the game.

 

I hope they don't 'flare' up any trouble!

 

They have sold out of the ones they had.

If you go to buy something from a shop and there's none left on the shelf, but they're due a delivery, it's still sold out isn't it?

 

They'll certainly get an education if they try it on with the Barnsley fans!

 

The club has just tweeted that they have a new set of tickets available for the Barnsley game.

 

Planned to just rock up on the day but given below will have to get tickets in advance for our group

PLEASE NOTE: Junior tickets must be purchased prior to the day of the game and will not be available at Oakwell.

I wonder if that's on advice from Bcafc?
Stops lots of teenagers without a purchase history from other clubs turning up on the day and teaming up with our fooligans.
I know there were Oldham and Leeds supporters at Sunderland and Rochdale.
